We are fully aware that a 5% commission from a seller just isn’t going to cut it these days. This is why we pay our real estate professionals a high referral fee on top of their commissions for every property we purchase. Our agreement with you is strictly confidential, guaranteed.

Here’s how it works: Introduce us to your listing, we negotiate a purchase price, we agree upon your referral fee, and we close on the property. Just show up at the closing and collect your cash! It’s that simple!
